When you uninstall NMM, it does not delete the mod archives. They still exist in whatever location you originally told NMM to put them in. The problem is that your fresh installation of NMM isn't looking in that same location, so you'll probably have to redirect NMM to where the mod archives are stored. Open the NMM settings and click on the 'Skyrim' tab. You should see two lines:One that says 'Choose the directory where you would like to store your Skyrim Mods'And one that says 'Choose the directory where you would like to store your Skyrim install info'Set those to the proper directory, if they're not already. If they are set to the proper locations but you're still not seeing the mods, you may just need to have NMM scan the folder for the mods in it. Go to the 'General' tab of the NMM settings menu and, in the bottom section, click 'Scan Mods directory subfolders for mods', then click OK.
You might have to shut down and restart NMM to get the scan to run.
